The brief/solution
The largest development in St James’s for decades, Eagle Place is the first stage of a ten-year investment strategy from The Crown Estate and a statement of their vision for the area.
Our brief was to create an identity that reflected this statement of intent, and create a look and feel that embraced the feeling of change, whilst retaining the rich heritage of St James’s.
The name Eagle Place takes ownership of the quiet unknown pedestrianised street featuring only the entrance to the building, giving it a sense of integrity, exclusivity and establishment.
We created a brand identity which is bold and elegant with marketing materials that are beautifully crafted, with singer-sewn details, quality print and foils on beautiful stocks.
Black hoardings encapsulated the large site, with bespoke illuminated brand signage on Piccadilly, Jermyn Street and Eagle Place. Brochure and web photography and CGIs were also specifically commissioned with models cast and shot to match the interiors and their incredible vantage points.
